01 — Profile
Two disciplines, one method.
I run every station in a high-volume kitchen — noodle, dimsum, sushi and ricebowl, fried chicken — and I build small, working web applications in Vanilla JavaScript on the side. Both disciplines reward the same things: a clean process, food-safety-grade attention to detail, and shipping something that holds up under pressure. My background is in Software Engineering (SMK, RPL major), which is where the structured, root-cause way I approach both kitchen and code comes from.

LUMIÈRE
A streaming front-end SPA built in Vanilla JS, pulling metadata from the TMDB API and playback from Vidking Player. Search, collections, ratings and device sync, all without a framework.
